Check in & Check out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Please contact the front desk regarding the possibility of a late check-out. Additionally, we have a luggage room available to make your stay even more convenient.

Overall rules

My City Hotel has the right to ask for credit card information to guarantee all additional services during the check-in (we accept Master Card / Visa / American Express).
In case of any damage, My City Hotel reserves the right to charge a fine, depending on the extent of the issue
We accept pets with an extra fee. Pet accommodation needs to be pre-booked and the owner is responsible for any damage.
The parking spot needs to be pre-booked.
Must be at least 18 years old to check-in. Guests must present a valid photo ID if needed. Please note that special requests cannot always be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in and additional charges may apply.
We do not serve people who are excessively drunk on alcohol or on drugs. My City Hotel undertakes to protect its employees and customers and may refuse a customer who is unpleasant to the employees and other customers.

Fire safety

All the rooms in the hotel, including yours, are equipped with a sprinkler system. Fire hydrants and extinguishers are available in the corridor. If you detect a fire or a strong smell of smoke, call reception by dialing 900 immediately. Please study the evacuation plan inside your room near the room door. If there is an emergency, the evacuation alarm will start automatically. When hearing the evacuation alarm, do not panic. Leave the hotel immediately by using the nearest emergency exit and following the instructions of the personnel.

If the smoke is thick, crawl along the floor where the air and visibility are better, or return to your room. Inform the reception of your presence by calling reception by dialing 900. When heated up the doors will expand to prevent the smoke from entering the room. If there should be any gaps, use wet towels to cover them. Protect your head and the rest of your body with wet towels. The wet towel can also be used as breathing protection. The local emergency number is (0) 112

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel’s public areas as well as in guest rooms. In case of smoking in a guest room, the hotel will charge 200€ to compensate for the damages. The smoking area with the ashtray is in the backyard of the hotel.

Room information

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, we offer daily cleaning service until 15:00.
For your safety and peace of mind, all rooms are equipped with a complimentary safety box. To access it, please inquire at the reception desk, and they will provide you with the key.
To cater to your individual needs, we offer additional amenities upon request. If you require extra blankets, pillows, an ironing board, toothpaste, shaving kit, or any other items, our friendly reception team is available to assist you. Simply contact them, and they will promptly address your request.
In your wardrobe, you will discover sleeping masks and earplugs, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. Feel free to use them and enjoy uninterrupted rest during your stay.
Please note that our main door will be closed at midnight. If you arrive after this time, kindly ring the bell or use your door code.

Breakfast/lunch/dinner

Breakfast is served:
Monday – Friday – 07:00-10:00
Saturday, Sunday, national holidays – 8:00-11:00

Lunch is served:
Monday – Sunday – 12:00 – 16:00

A’ la carte menu is served:
Monday – Sunday 17:00-23:00 (kitchen closes one hour before)

Room service

Room service is available for your convenience. You can enjoy a delicious meal from our à la carte menu right in the comfort of your room.

Please note that there will be an additional fee of 15 EUR per order for room service. This fee covers the delivery and setup of your meal.

Parking

Private parking is available only with pre-booking.

The price for the parking is 20,00€/per night. The gate is located 20 meters after the main door, please give us a call to open the gate.

Dry cleaning

For your convenience, a laundry bag and dry cleaning list are provided in each room.

Clothes that are handed in before 09:00, will be cleaned on the same day by 18:00.

On weekends, public holidays, and laundry given later on workdays will be delivered within 24 hours (on the following day).

Airport shuttle

Hotel transfer service is available with a prior reservation. Please contact the front desk for a reservation.

The transfer driver will be waiting for you with your name sign inside the airport. Prices start from 40,00€ depending on how many people are traveling.

Meeting room

My City Hotel meeting room is situated on the first floor and can be arranged according to your request.

The maximum occupancy is for 30 persons. As a standard, the meeting room is equipped with a video/ data projector, a white screen, a paper flip chart, and a printer.

Choose a green room and plant a trees!

We have always wanted to be close to nature and to give something back to nature as a result of our activities, be it recycling or ecological solutions, for example.

We also want to offer our visitors the opportunity to support nature, so we have added a green room to the selection!

When choosing a green room, 3,70€ will be added to your bill, thanks to which we can plant 2 trees and ensure their care.

This is made together with Vestman company which helps plant and maintain trees!
